Have you ever felt like your head is about to explode? Especially when you are carrying out a task that is quite frustrating. as for me I start hearing noise in my heads as if my "village people" are testing their microphone.
I consider myself to be a pretty chilled Person, I mean I try to keep it cool and avoid any stressful situation. But you see, stress is a natural thing. It is just our body, and mind telling us "hey! you are getting to your limit, you need to take a chill pill".
As much as I try to avoid stressful situation, sometimes, things just gets so overwhelming. I have come to realize after year of dodging Evey single tasking situation so as to avoid stress, that nobody can completely avoid stressful situations. infact attempting is stress on it's own.
There is no such thing as a "stress-free life".
